New Mobile Case Management Solution

Global Compliance, a global provider of comprehensive and integrated ethics and compliance solutions, announced the launch of AlertLine Mobile, the industry’s first case management solution specifically designed for all Web-connected mobile devices, including BlackBerry Smartphones and iPhones.

AlertLine Mobile is available worldwide and will enable case managers and investigators to be alerted to take action on and monitor critical issues reported through their phone or Web hotlines—in real-time—from any place at any time.

AlertLine Mobile is a secure, on-demand Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Web-based application that integrates fully with Global Compliance’s hotline and case management solution. The mobile solution was designed to complement the functions that clients frequently use from their desktop, including the ability to view details of new cases, make case assignments, and respond to those who report allegations. AlertLine Mobile also introduces new functionality, such as entering investigative notes from the field without the use of a desktop or laptop computer.
