Guggenheim Funds Appoints Interim Chief Compliance Officer

Guggenheim Investments, which represents the investment management division of Guggenheim Partners, has appointed Ann Edgeworth as interim chief compliance officer for the Managed Duration Investment Grade Municipal Fund and Madison/Claymore Covered Call & Equity Strategy Fund.

Edgeworth currently serves as a director at Foreside Compliance Services. In addition to her new position at Guggenheim Funds, she also serves as chief compliance officer for another investment company.

Prior to joining Foreside in 2011, Edgeworth served as vice president at State Street from 2007 until 2011, where she served in the firm's compliance advisory services group. Prior to this, she was a director at Investors Bank & Trust from 2004 until 2007.
