IKONICS Names Additions to Board of Directors

IKONICS Corporation, an imaging technology company, has appointed of Ernest Harper and Darrell Lee to its board of directors.

Harper joins the board with international experience in tax management, compliance, and financial reporting. He previously served for more than 20 years at General Mills, most recently as chief tax officer, concentrating on the structuring of international business operations, joint ventures, domestic and international acquisitions & divestitures and corporate governance. Prior to his tenure at General Mills, he served as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young.

Since 2005, Lee has served as treasurer, secretary, chief financial officer and vice president at MOCON, a manufacturer of precision test and measurement instruments. Previously, Lee served as vice president and CFO at Spinal Designs International.
