Columbia Banking System has announced the additions of Michelle Lantow and Mae Fujita Numata to its board of directors, effective Feb. 1.
Lantow's most recent position was chief financial officer at restaurant company McCormick and Schmick's. She previously held the position of president and CFO for apparel company lucy Activewear. She also served as corporate controller and vice president of investor relations at Gap.
Numata currently serves as chief operating and CFO at Schnitzer Investment. Previously, she held positions as CFO and corporate secretary at Fisher Communications and vice president and CFO at the Seattle Times.
