PCAOB Disciplines E&Y Auditors for Altering Audit File

The PCAOB has taken action against three former Ernst & Young auditors accused of creating, backdating, and adding documentation to an audit file when they learned it was to be inspected. They added several documents without noting that they were attached after the completion date.
