Donna Grier, formerly chief ethics and compliance officer at Dupont, announced that she has assumed a new role at Dupont as vice president and treasurer.
Lee Johnston has assumed Grier's role as chief ethics and compliance officer. Johnston, who joined DuPont in February 2012, also serves as general auditor.
Prior to DuPont, Johnston was chief auditor at Rohm and Haas Company responsible for delivering worldwide audit services, including environmental, health and safety, prior to its acquisition by the Dow Chemical Company. He was additionally responsible for the internal control function that led the company's compliance activities for section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley law. During his career at Rohm and Haas, Johnston served as corporate controller, financial director for manufacturing, CFO for Latin America, and in other financial management positions.
