Mobile Computing Raises New e-Discovery Challenges

More employees are accessing sensitive company data on mobile gadgets, such as smartphones and tablets, and many of them are doing it on their personal devices. This new reality is creating e-discovery challenges, since it makes it harder for companies to quickly produce required data.
