Job Description:
Actively participate in the administration and growth of Oracle’s global compliance and ethics program. This individual contributor’s position will be based in Miami and report to Oracle’s Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer. Duties include policy communication, course creation, employee training, and other global activities:
Participate in the creation of web-based educational programs/course modules
Facilitate training presentations, in-person and via web conferencing, to Oracle employees on Code of Conduct policies and procedures.
Create and administer employee certifications and surveys on compliance issues.
Analyze and prepare reports on organizational trends and activities relating to information maintained in Oracle’s worldwide compliance employee helpline and case management system.
Draft and facilitate communication of compliance policies and procedures.
Additional functions as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
BA/BS or post-graduate degree and excellent academic credentials.
