CPE, CLE & Director Credit

Corporate financial executives, legal executives, and board directors can each receive credit for attending Compliance Week’s 4th Annual Conference:

    CPE—Continuing Professional Education
    Attendees at Compliance Week’s 4th Annual Conference can receive CPE credit for attending both days of the conference. The number of credits approved differ by state and vary between 10 and 12. The procedures for receiving the credit also vary by state. Contact your state's CPE agency for exact procedures. Compliance Week will issue certificates of attendance to all attendees who request one.

    Compliance Week is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.     CLE—Continuing Legal Education
    Compliance Week’s 4th Annual Conference will be accredited for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for legal professionals. The number of credits awarded will be a minimum of 12, and varies by state bar.


    RiskMetrics Director Education Credits
    Compliance Week’s 4th Annual Conference is an ISS Accredited Director Education Program. Directors must attend both days of the conference. Upon completion of the program, Compliance Week will submit to RiskMetrics (formerly Institutional Shareholder Services) a list of attending directors. Once RiskMetrics has processed the list, the company receives an upward adjustment to its Corporate Governance Quotient (CGQ) for the number of directors in attendance.

    Accredited Director Education Program provided by RiskMetrics Group. The credits also apply to each board on which the directors serve. The attending director(s) must complete the entire conference in order to receive credit from ISS.
