Kirsten Hotchkiss is the senior vice president of Enterprise Compliance and Employment Counsel for Wyndham Worldwide, responsible for managing a team of employment attorneys who defend the Company in employment-related actions, and overseeing the Company's compliance and ethics program.
Ms. Hotchkiss has been practicing law nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Wyndham Worldwide, she served as the senior in-house employee relations counsel for Cendant Corporation for nine years. Prior to that, Ms. Hotchkiss spent six years in private practice and three years in the securities industry, concentrating on management defense litigation in employment-related actions.
Throughout her career, Ms. Hotchkiss has remained actively involved in bar and civic activities. She served seven years with the New Jersey State Bar Association and rose to the position of President of the Young Lawyers Division in 1990. Additionally, Ms. Hotchkiss represented the Young Lawyers Division on the New Jersey State Bar Association Board of Trustees from 1991 to 1993.
Ms. Hotchkiss serves on the Boards of Family Service of Morris County and Planned Parenthood of Greater Northern New Jersey. In addition, she served on the Board of Trustees of Historic Speedwell, a national historic site in Morristown, New Jersey, including two years as Board President. She is a former board member of the Morristown Community Development Corporation, as well as Morris Tomorrow, a community and civic organization devoted to improving the quality of life in Morris County, New Jersey.
Ms. Hotchkiss received her bachelor's of arts degree from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland Ohio.
