David Frishkorn David Frishkorn is Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, at Comverse Technology, Inc., in New York City. He is responsible for worldwide compliance, ethics and governance activities, including the company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and training, company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, risk management and internal audit.

Prior to Comverse, he was director of the business ethics and compliance office for Xerox Corp., based in Norwalk, CT, with worldwide responsibility for ensuring compliance with all company policies and applicable laws as outlined by the Xerox Code of Conduct. Frishkorn also held a variety of finance and accounting jobs at Xerox in Rochester, NY, and in Stamford, CT. Finance responsibilities have ranged from manufacturing operations controller to chief liaison with an $8 billion Xerox joint venture in Tokyo, Japan.

Before joining Xerox in 1990, Frishkorn worked in public accounting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG and in internal auditing at two other public companies. He is a Florida CPA and serves on the Board of Directors of the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association and is a member of the Business Roundtable’s Institute for Corporate Ethics and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has an MBA in International Business from Rochester Institute of Technology, a graduate certificate in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a graduate certificate in Business Ethics from Bentley University.
