Paul Liebman joined Dell in June 2008 as Chief Compliance Counsel. He reports to Gracie Renbarger, Dell's Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, and is responsible for developing and implementing global compliance and ethics program activities that are consistent with the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and strategically aligned with Dell's business objectives. Dell's Ethics and Compliance program materials have been recognized as best practice by its peers and by third party compliance and ethics organizations.
Prior to joining Dell, Paul was Assistant General Counsel and Director of Compliance for Temple-Inland in Austin, TX from 2004-2008. Paul was also Global Compliance Counsel for KoSa (a global manufacturing subsidiary of Wichita, KS based Koch Industries) from 1998-2004. Prior to that, he was an environmental attorney for Koch Industries and Exxon, and in private practice. He is a graduate of The University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA and The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC
