With over 10 years of experience leading the Investor Relations departments for several public companies, Mr. Spille has gained extensive financial modeling, M&A and crisis communications experience. He has started the Investor Relations programs for three separate companies and has been responsible for all corporate communications with each public company’s global investment community. He also has been responsible for various PR activities and other finance activities such as managing a company’s convertible debt and stock repurchase programs.

During his tenure at various companies, Mr. Spille’s IR programs have been ranked second in Institutional Investor (II) magazine for best US IR program, awarded Honorable Mention for Best Use of Technology by Investor Relations magazine and participated in one of the most successful initial public offerings in stock market history. Mr. Spille is an Advisory Board Member of the National Investor Relations Institute’s (NIRI) Capital Area Chapter and has published and been quoted in several investor relations publications.

Mr. Spille also was a Senior Analyst at The Nasdaq Stock Market. He received his M.B.A from the George Washington University and has B.B.A. from Radford University.
