Barbara Gasper Barbara Gasper joined MasterCard Worldwide in 2006 as group executive, Investor Relations. Her responsibilities include cultivating relationships with the investment community, educating and updating investors about the company and providing feedback on how the market views the company. Ms. Gasper also works closely with Worldwide Communications to manage and direct the flow of financial and other information about MasterCard in the public domain.

Ms. Gasper joined MasterCard from Ford Motor Company where she was the vice president of Investor Relations overseeing all aspects of the investor relations program for the multi-billion dollar global company.

Prior to Ford Motor Company, Ms. Gasper held executive investor relations positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Group, Lucent Technologies and Raytheon. She also spent over 20 years at Lukens Inc. where she worked in both engineering and corporate finance roles, including the Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer.

Ms. Gasper is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and serves on their Board of Directors. Before joining MasterCard, she served on a number of community boards, including the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and Philadelphia’s Freedom Valley Girl Scout Council.

Ms. Gasper holds a BS in Mathematics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Widener University.
