In her role as head of global enterprise risk management and internal audit, Susan Panzer has transformed the enterprise risk and internal audit function at Computershare into a commercially rational, risk conscious entity. Components of her success model include creating risk awareness across all company entities and employees, recognizing risk mitigation strategies, minimizing organizational boundaries, and introducing technology to facilitate communication, monitoring and oversight.

Prior to her role with Computershare, Susan spent over 20 years on the business side of the Financial Services industry.

Susan is a graduate of Cornell University.
