Stephen M. Naughton is currently Vice President of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for PepsiCo, Inc., where he oversees a staff of seven Compliance officers.

In that role, Steve oversees the legal function for all Litigation, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing and Purchasing, as well as having responsibility for antitrust compliance and sales counseling.

Steve was formerly Chief Litigation, Sales and Operations Counsel for both The Quaker Oats Company and Tropicana Products, Inc., subsidiaries of PepsiCo, Inc.

Before working for Quaker, he was a partner with the former Chicago law firm, Pope, Ballard, Shepard and Fowle, Ltd. Steve graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1985 and Marquette University in 1982.
