CLE—Continuing Legal Education
Compliance Week’s 5th Annual Conference will be accredited for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for legal professionals. The number of credits awarded will be a minimum of 12, and varies by state bar.

RiskMetrics Director Education Credits
Compliance Week’s 5th Annual Conference is an ISS Accredited Director Education Program. Directors must attend both days of the conference. Upon completion of the program, Compliance Week will submit to RiskMetrics (formerly Institutional Shareholder Services) a list of attending directors. Once RiskMetrics has processed the list, the company receives an upward adjustment to its Corporate Governance Quotient (CGQ) for the number of directors in attendance.
