Lumber Liquidators Chief Compliance Officer (Quietly) Departs

Ray Cotton, chief compliance officer of embatteld Lumber Liquidators, apparently left the company in May, according to his LinkedIn page.

Cotton joined the hardwood flooring company in 2013 as vice president of global security and risk. In February 2014, he was named chief compliance and sustainability officer, before being promoted to senior vice president and chief compliance officer in September 2014.

According to his Linkedin page, Cotton left Lumber Liquidators last month. The company itself has remained tight-lipped about the departure.
