C2C Simplifies e-Discovery, Litigation Case Management

GRC Announcements | November 8, 2011

C2C, a provider of e-mail, file and messaging management, has announced the formal release of Advanced Discovery, a separately licensed option within C2C's popular ArchiveOne. ArchiveOne is an email and file archiving, eDiscovery, compliance management, data forensics and storage management software.

Advanced Discovery features of ArchiveOne allow end-users to perform full litigation case management, including early case assessment and collections, without requiring direct or ongoing assistance from IT resources. C2C's Advanced Discovery licensing option provides a simple, web-based interface that allows various users, such as legal professionals or human resources staff, to conduct case management and review actions without needing to understand the full ArchiveOne solution.

Legal teams and other staff can perform searches for PSTs (Outlook archives), and search their content, whether local or on remote laptop or desktop computers. This automated approach provides significant cost savings as IT resources no longer need to spend time visiting the remote machines (physically or electronically) to recover the data. Advanced Discovery features also enable users to extract data to a litigation repository.
