Abraxas Petroleum Makes Management Changes

Abraxas Petroleum Corporation, a crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company, has appointed George William Krog as chief accounting officer and treasurer. Krog has been with the company since 1995 and most recently served as information systems/financial reporting director.

Abraxas also announced that Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Chris Williford, has resigned from the company to accept a job in an executive position with a private company. Assuming the roles of vice president and CFO is Barbara Stuckey.

Stuckey has been with the company since 1997 and most recently served as vice president of corporate finance.
