SEC's EDGAR Filings Go on Christmas Hiatus

Have a post-holiday filing to make to the Securities and Exchange Commission? You might have to wat a few days.

The day after Christmas, Dec. 26, has been declared a non-working day for the federal government and the SEC’s electronic filing system, EDGAR, will not be operational on that day and online filings will not be accepted. Any filings due on that Friday can instead be submitted once the system resumes operations on Monday, Dec. 29.
