List: Law Firm Corporate Securities Practices

As part of its ongoing service to subscribers, Compliance Week occasionally publishes “The List:” rankings of industry information useful to compliance, governance, and financial reporting executives. The List is a benchmark to let you know who the biggest, most notable, fastest-growing, or most influential players in corporate compliance are.

This month features a list of law firms’ corporate securities law practices, ranked by number of partners in the practice. The list can be downloaded in Excel spreadsheet format in the box at right.

Methodology: Compliance Week compiled this list from law firms in the AmLaw 100, via an e-mail survey distributed to firms in October and November of 2009. A total of 59 firms responded.

In instances where an AmLaw 100 firm did not respond, those firms were included in a separate list appended at the end, ranking by their order of appearance in the AmLaw 100.
