One case involved Per-Se Technologies, the provider of outsourcing services we told you about two weeks ago when it announced that an anonymous whistleblower sent a letter to several financial research analysts that follow the company alleging improper accounting and business activities.

Shares of the company fell more than 15 percent on the day of the announcement, which is not surprising.
