A legal nonprofit has alleged that U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Chief Andrea Lucas has refused to investigate harassment and discrimination claims by LGBTQ people.

The complaint, filed April 22 by Michael Teter, executive director of the Legal Accountability Center (LAC), also asked that the Virginia State Bar Association (VSBA) investigate whether Lucas violated the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct for attorneys by refusing to investigate disparate impact complaints and dismissing lawsuits alleging disparate impact that were already filed and investigated, as first  reported by Reuters.
