Under an interim rule that went into effect last month, government contractors that meet specified levels of federal government contracting, grant, loan or cooperative agreement activity must report the names and total compensation of their five most highly paid executives on contracts and orders expected to be $25,000 or more, except classified contracts and contracts with individuals, as detailed in this alert by the law firm Crowell & Moring.
