The Association of Corporate Counsel has sworn in Ivan Fong, chief legal officer and secretary of Cardinal Health, as the newly elected chair of ACC’s board of directors.
Fong replaces former chair, Laura Stein, senior vice president & general counsel, The Clorox Company. Stein remains a member of the Board and will chair the 2009 ACC nominating committee.
