$40 billion Best Buy Co., has appointed Sanjay Khosla to its board of directors. He will not be assigned to any committees until the company’s next board of directors’ meeting in January 2009.
Khosla is executive vice president and president of Kraft International Commercial. He joined the $16 billion food and beverage company in January 2007. Prior to Kraft, Khosla was with Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd., a New Zealand-based multinational dairy company, where he was managing director of its consumer and food service business.
