Accounting, auditing, and tax consulting firm Haskell & White has named Carlos Martinez as audit manager for the firm’s San Diego practice, bolstering the firm’s position in the region’s life sciences, manufacturing, and defense industries.
Martinez has more than 10 years of accounting and auditing experience, and he works with a wide variety of industries including life sciences, manufacturing, technology, defense and aerospace. His areas of expertise include financial accounting and reporting, compliance, auditing, internal control reviews and operational efficiency opportunities, as well as assisting clients on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and recapitalizations. He also has expertise working with private equity groups and serving their portfolio companies.
