Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position in the marketplace, has hired Elyce Schweitzer as regulatory compliance officer.
As regulatory compliance officer, Schwuitzer provides guidance on regulatory requirements for compliance with applicable title insurance laws, while spearheading all relevant research and analysis.
She brings to Alliant National Title Insurance more than 20 years experience in law and real estate, including opening her own law firm in 2010, specializing in the real estate sector, in which she represented parties and mediated foreclosure cases. In addition, Schweitzer is an adjunct instructor at Valencia College, where she teaches both project management and ethics classes.
