Altice USA, a subsidiary of Altice N.V. and a national telecommunications, media, and entertainment company, announced two new leadership appointments, effective immediately.

David Connolly has been appointed executive vice president and general counsel of Altice USA. In this role, Connolly will direct all U.S. legal affairs at Altice USA. Previously, Connolly was a partner at law firm Shearman & Sterling, which represented Altice in its acquisition of Cablevision Systems, and in which Connolly served as an advisor to Altice for the transaction.

Lisa Rosenblum becomes vice chairman of Altice USA. Rosenblum will report to Dexter Goei, Altice USA chairman and CEO, and Connolly will report to Charles Stewart, Altice USA co-president and CFO.

Rosenblum previously held the position of executive vice president and general counsel of the company. In her new role as vice chair, she will work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team on key corporate initiatives, focusing on establishing Altice’s presence with government, in the marketplace, and the communities the company serves. Additionally, she will help to shape the corporate strategy on all legislative, regulatory and public policy activities and related business developments.
