Comprehensive Health Services, a medical services provider, has appointed Patrick Hogenbirk as senior vice president and chief compliance officer. This position reports to President and CEO Gary Palmer, with additional reporting responsibilities to the company’s board of directors.
Hogenbirk has more than 20 years of experience in corporate ethics and compliance. Most recently, he served as vice president and chief compliance officer with Assurex Health, a personalized medicine company, specializing in DNA-based drug treatment.
He has held similar positions at Johnson & Johnson and Cardinal Health, where he was instrumental in establishing new ethics and compliance programs.
