A “massive” surge in corporate board interest in adopting AI, coupled with gaps in AI guardrails, was highlighted by Jen Gennai, former founder and leader of responsible AI at Google, speaking Wednesday at Compliance Week’s conference, The Leading Edge: Applying AI and Data Analytics in E&C.
“There is a lot of movement but a lack of AI governance,” said Gennai, who is currently a partner and head of responsible AI and AI risk management at T3. “These challenges are certainly worth pushing through,” because the rewards of AI can be significant.
