The Securities and Exchange Commission has announced the agenda and panelists for its March 26 roundtable on the issues and challenges cyber-security presents for market participants and public companies.

The roundtable, first announced in February, begins at 9:30 a.m. and will be divided into four panels. Participants on the first panel will discuss the cyber-security landscape. The second session will discuss cyber-security disclosure issues faced by public companies. The third panel will discuss the cyber-security issues faced by exchanges and other key market systems. The final panel ill look at how broker-dealers, investment advisers, and transfer agents address identity theft and data protection. The full list of panelists and a detailed agenda can be found here.
