Deltic Timber, a natural resources company, has expanded its board of directors and elected of two new members to fill the additional positions, effective as of June 18.
The board has appointed Bert Jones, founder and president of Mid-States Wood Preservers, as a director. He also serves on the executive compensation committee.
The other new board member is Lenore Sullivan, managing director of Texas Women Ventures Capital Management. Sullivan also will serve on the audit committee.
