Fast-food chain Domino's has named Andy Ballard to its board of directors, effective as of July 15.
Ballard serves as CEO and co-founder of Quad Analytix, a technology and data start-up and is the founder and managing partner of Figtree Partners, an investment firm focused on digital media. Additionally, Ballard serves as a senior advisor at the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman, where he previously was a managing director.
