Environmental Tectonics, which designs, manufactures, and installs equipment for the aerospace and biomedical industries, announced last week that James Wells will be stepping down as general counsel, corporate secretary, and chief compliance officer.
Wells is leaving to become general counsel of ARI, a privately-held vehicle fleet management service company.
Robert Laurent, chief executive officer of Environmental Tectonics, said the company is "engaging in a search for a new general counsel."
