Express Scripts has appointed Roderick Palmore to fill a vacancy on its board of directors. He also will serve as a member of the corporate governance committee.

Palmore serves as general counsel, chief compliance and risk management officer and secretary of General Mills, and will be retiring from the company in February 2015. He joined General Mills in 2008 from Sara Lee, where he served as general counsel and secretary.

Palmore also currently serves as a board member for Goodyear Tire & Rubber and the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
