International insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has announced the acquisition of executive compensation and corporate governance consulting firm, James F. Reda & Associates. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
James Reda and his staff will continue to operate at their current location under the direction of William Ziebell, North Central Regional Executive Vice President of Gallagher’s employee benefit consulting and brokerage operations.
