Mercadien Technologies, a provider of risk management, information governance, and managed IT support solutions, announced the general availability of its MCare solution, a Web-based service that monitors the health status of business-critical devices and applications, remotely diagnosing problems before they occur. Previously available exclusively to clients of The Mercadien Group, MCare can now be used by businesses everywhere as a cost-effective alternative to staffing large, internal IT support teams.
