Harley-Davidson names chief compliance officer

Motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson announced the promotion of Paul Krause to chief legal and compliance officer in a recent regulatory filing.

Krause had been assistant general counsel. He joined Harley in 2016 and has served as interim chief legal officer for the company since November 2019.

Harley also announced Michelle Kumbier will be leaving her role as senior vice president and chief operating officer, effective April 3. Kumbier’s former product and operations responsibilities will be assumed by Bryan Niketh, who has been promoted to senior vice president of product and operations.
