CyberRisk Alliance, a business intelligence company serving the cyber-security and information risk management marketplace, has acquired peer council platform Cybersecurity Collaborative.

Cybersecurity Collaborative is a private, member-only group designed to facilitate collaboration among security leaders of large corporations, government agencies and municipalities, healthcare institutions, academia, and non-profit organizations. The company was organized in December 2017.

Stuart Cohen, Cybersecurity Collaborative’s founder and CEO, will continue to lead the business as its chief executive.

The transaction represents another acquisition in a rapid series of investments by CyberRisk Alliance. Earlier this month, the company announced the acquisition of SC Media, building on a succession of acquisitions that began with Infosec World Conference and Expo in February of this year.
