Global insurance organization American International Group (AIG) announced Kelly Lafnitzegger will join as executive vice president and chief human resources and diversity officer, effective June 1.
Lafnitzegger will report to Peter Zaffino, AIG chairman and chief executive officer.
She joins AIG from GE Vernova. Previously, she held a series of human resources leadership roles in GE’s corporate, capital, healthcare, global research, transportation, and power divisions.
