Solar facilities developer Altus Power announced Chief Legal Officer Sophia Lee will be adding sustainability to her responsibilities.
As chief legal and sustainability officer, Lee will oversee environmental, social, and governance principles and ensure the board and management team prioritize ESG risks and opportunities and integrate them into its strategic decisions.
She joined Altus Power in May 2021 as chief legal officer and previously served as general counsel with IEX and deputy general counsel with Liquidnet, according to her LinkedIn profile.
