Auctane, a global delivery experience company, announced the appointment of Kin Gill as its new chief legal officer.
Gill will seek to advance relationships with partners and outcomes for Auctane’s customers.
He joins Auctane from Upland Software, where he led more than a dozen acquisitions. Previously, Gill headed the legal team at Bazaarvoice, where he gained knowledge of the e-commerce industry and led the sale of the organization in 2018.
