Alcoholic beverage company Brown-Forman Corp. announced Mike Carr, vice president, associate general counsel for regional and corporate development, will be promoted to general counsel from May 1.
Carr has been with Brown-Forman for more than a decade. Prior to this, he practiced corporate and securities law.
He succeeds Matt Hamel, who will retire.
