Artificial intelligence company Cerebras Systems announced the appointment of Shirley Li as general counsel.
Li will report directly to Chief Executive Andrew Feldman.
She previously served as chief legal and people officer at Snapdocs, a growth stage fintech company. Prior to that, she held several legal roles at Cadence Design Systems, most recently serving as the associate general counsel.
She began her legal career at Goodwin Procter, representing startups throughout their lifecycle.
