Electric vehicle charging company Charge Enterprises announced the promotion of Chief Legal Officer James Biehl to chief compliance officer, according to a public filing.
He succeeds Craig Denson, who was promoted to interim chief executive following the resignation of former CEO Andrew Fox.
Biehl previously served as chief legal officer at Tyme Technologies starting in 2018, according to an exhibit in a public filing.
