Financial technology company Chime welcomed Shara Chang as chief compliance officer.
Chang will report to Chime’s General Counsel Adam Frankel.
Prior to joining Chime, Chang served as chief legal officer of property technology company Divvy Homes. Before that, she was general counsel and chief compliance officer at Peach Finance, led a privacy counseling team at Meta, and was the first product counsel at Affirm.
