Private equity firm Cresta Fund Management announced the promotion of Julie Westbrook to general counsel and chief compliance officer.
Westbrook joined Cresta in 2021 as deputy general counsel. She previously practiced as a transactional attorney at Sidley Austin.
At general counsel, she replaces Ben Nelson, who will continue in his chief operating officer role.
