Compliance monitoring firm K2 Integrity announced Fred Springer has joined the firm as a senior managing director in its Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) practice.

Springer’s experience includes over 30 years as a senior-level compliance executive, most recently as executive vice president and chief compliance officer at Santander Holding Company USA. He also served as senior vice president and global compliance and ethics officer at CIT Group, where he worked on the integration of CIT and One West Bank’s compliance operations following the former’s acquisition of the latter.

At K2 Integrity, Springer will work with clients on a broad range of financial services compliance matters, including comprehensive anti-money laundering programs. He will also play a key role in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures related to complex compliance issues.
